If you have limited time or a small project, this package will ensure it's completed.

Projects are divided into manageable tasks which you can do in short daily sessions, or in one longer session.

Dedicate a little time to your goal and you'll be amazed at the results.

REGULAR ROUTINE

In Person

Weekly session: 2-4 hrs

£40 per hr

Online:1-2 hrs

£30 per hr

10% Discount when booking 4 or more sessions.

A regular weekly session will give you the impetus to get moving.

You have time to complete any follow ups, but not long enough to get distracted!

Committing to a weekly session, you will complete that project you've been meaning to do.

Build the momentum and get it done.

Option 3

STEADY PROGRESS

In Person

Session every two weeks (2-4 hrs)

£40 per hr

Online:1-2 hrs

£30 per hr

10% Discount when booking 4 or more sessions.

This would suit a long term project, a whole house or a busy life!

It is also a good option if you prefer a little more time to  process change.

If you are bereaved or going through a divorce, this way will support you to make gradual changes. 

Move forward at your own pace.
