Terms & Conditions

Confidentiality and Privacy 

Create Space, will never pass on client information to third parties.  Any personal and/or business details will be kept completely confidential.

I adhere to relevant privacy regulations as set out by the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office).

A data protection policy is available on request.

 

Examples of work

It is helpful to have examples of previous work on social media and to show new clients.

Create Space will ask clients for their consent prior to any photographs being taken.

Insurance 

I hold full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance cover for my services.

I treat all possessions with care. However, in the event of an accident, I will not be liable for any damage or breakage.

Associations 

Create Space is a full Member of APDO UK (The Association of Professional Delutterers and Organisers).

I abide by their Code of Ethics. 

 

Cancellation 

48 hours notice is required for a cancellation.

If this notice is not received, the client will be liable for the full fee agreed. 

If Create space cancels the session, I will endeavour to reschedule at a convenient time for the client.

Removal of items 

I will not take away, or dispose of any items from your house. Items to be removed from your premises, either for disposal or to other locations, must be at your own discretion. 

Payment Terms 

An invoice will be issued and on completion of the assignment. The payment is due  within 3 days by bank transfer, using the details on the invoice.

A full terms and conditions form will be emailed to new clients. A signed form is required before the first session.
